You can definitely use the same sort of system to schedule newsletters in advance; I tend to find, though, that when I schedule them too far in advance things change (or I want to cover a whole new topic ;-) ).

I did create a little email course that is on autoresponder that has been very popular.

I can see that if I could get myself to write out several newsletters in advance I might be able to automate my newsletter too. :)
